NCPS Cafeterias Going Cashless in 2025–26 School Year

Dear Families and Staff,

Beginning with the 2025–2026 school year, all school cafeterias will transition to a cashless payment system. This shift will help speed up checkout times, giving students and staff more time to enjoy their lunch.

If you have not already done so, please create a lunch account through the LINQConnect system at LINQConnect.com.

Payment Options:

  • Check Payments:
Families can submit check payments (with no processing fee) to fund student accounts. These should be placed in the secure deposit box located at your school’s main office. Food Service Managers will collect and deliver payments daily to the Food Services Department at New Canaan High School, where funds will be added to the appropriate accounts.

  • Checks should be made payable to: NCPS Food Services
Please include the student’s name in the memo line.

  • Online Payments via LINQConnect:
LINQConnect is also available for convenient online payments. Please note the following fees:

    • Payments up to $72 incur a flat fee of $2.85

    • Payments over $72 are subject to a 3.95% processing fee

    • The maximum per transaction has been raised to $2,500

We appreciate your continued support as we work to improve the cafeteria experience across all schools. For questions, please feel free to contact Food Services Director, Michelle Santelli, at michelle.santelli@ncps-k12.org.
