Our new expectations matrix helps students understand what it looks and sounds like to Work Hard and Be Kind, our East School motto. Classroom teachers have developed their own SOAR charts with students for classroom expectations, and we recently held grade-level assemblies to review how to SOAR across the day and across settings at East.
