zero food waste

Food Waste

We are committed to minimizing food waste through diligent practices and resourceful utilization techniques. Our food services department monitors inventory and minimizes food waste by devising strategies to repurpose underutilized items in new ways or at different buildings. The department also uses production records to help us remain aligned and prevent overproduction.
