    Welcome to Global History!  This course is a continuation of the ninth grade offering, but with emphasis on bringing students to an understanding of nationalism, democratic ideas, and the impact of scientific knowledge and industrial growth on our world and its cultural and intellectual trends. Course units will cover absolutism, revolutions, industrialization, imperialism, the World Wars, the Cold War and the post-Cold War world.
