For students who are likely to play college sports at the NCAA Division I or Division II level, you must register with the NCAA in order to go on any paid college recruitment visits prior to enrollment and to receive clearance to play at the collegiate level. Eligibility can be earned by taking a prescribed list of courses approved by the NCAA, maintaining a respectable average, and earning standardized test scores within a specified range.
Students who will be playing at the NCAA Division III level are exempt from these requirements.
