This course develops the concepts of trigonometry and analytic geometry. Students will study functions and transformations, circular and periodic functions, the laws of sine and cosine, polynomial and rational functions, exponential and logarithmic functions, vectors, conic sections, curve sketching, sequence and series, permutations and combinations, probability, matrices and determinants, parametric equations, and polar coordinates. A student successfully completing this course may be recommended for Introduction to Calculus and/or Statistics.
